Die Aufgabe

  • Responsible for maximizing sales of our client´s brands in the defined territory
  • Identify and handle local prescribing and influencing structures and networks of HCPs & HCOs
  • Develop territory strategies based on the individual patient flow in this structures/networks of HCPs & HCOs
  • Utilize a deep level of product and therapeutic disease working knowledge to promote the appropriate use
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to build relationships with relevant stakeholders to positively influence appropriate prescribing
  • Leverage cross-functional relationship with medical, marketing and other functions to design and execute on a Key Account Management strategy for territory and deliver required performance of the accounts

Das sind Sie

  • Master or Bachelor degree, preferably in the Sciences or business fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharma industry
  • Prior sales experience in Oncology/Speciality/Rare decease, product launches is desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assimilate and simplify complex data, through a Key Account Management approach
  • You are self-motivated and able to work with a high level of autonomy and independence
  • Flair for creativity, innovation and solution oriented
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility and have a good track record of working independently and meeting sales targets
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Ideally fluent (at least good) in conversational and written English
