a) Scope of data collection and data processing during registration as a candidate

The data you enter will be sent to us via an SSL-encrypted connection. The data is stored on our servers in compliance with data protection regulations.

We collect your personal data directly from you and from other sources, such as when you apply for a job via a job board, directly via our website, via social media such as LinkedIn and Twitter, or when you provide us with your personal data at a job fair or an advertising, networking or training event. In the course of your registration as a candidate, we collect your personal data directly from you, from your CV, via reference providers (previous employers or reference providers from the area of your education). Our customers may request additional personal data about you in connection with their job offers and requirements. Among other things, we collect the following types of personal data:

Our customers and suppliers
If you are a customer or supplier/service provider, we collect and process data about persons in your company in order to be able to contact them or to provide our services and to receive goods and services. As a rule, we only process the name and business contact data of the persons concerned.

It is not necessary for you to disclose personal data yourself in order to access our website. For organisational, technical and statistical reasons, the following data is collected and stored without personally identifying the user of the site:

d) Scope of data processing

With your consent, your information will be used by us to provide you with our service, process your questions and concerns, and notify you of changes to our website. In addition, we will inform you about interesting job offers and send them to you on request.

Further processing and transmission of your data will only take place in the following exceptional cases:

  • Prevention / clarification of criminal offences
  • Safeguarding the interests and security of the Internet portals of NiK Personalberatung and their users

Our website contains links to social media such as Xing, Twitter or LinkedIn and can be clicked in the form of small logo buttons. After clicking such a button you will be redirected to the website of the respective provider. Already when opening such websites, user information can be transferred to the respective provider.

d) Newsletter Data Sterngucker

If you would like to subscribe to the „Sterngucker“ offered on this website, we will need from you an e-mail address as well as information that allow us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and consent to the receipt of the „Sterngucker“. No further data shall be collected or shall be collected only on a voluntary basis. Your data will only be forwarded to a potential employer after consultation with you. No other data will be passed on to third parties. Exceptions are our consultants, who are mentioned by name and exhaustively on our website.

By sending this form you agree that your data will be stored and processed for the purpose of searching for a suitable activity (job placement).
