Die Aufgabe

  • Lead the elements of commercial excellence and marketing activities in the German commercial organization
  • Responsible for planning and executing the commercial marketing strategy and supporting the German activities
  • Ownership in the development and execution of mission critical strategies and tactics that ensure optimal positioning, demand, utilization, and overall growth of the brand
  • Develop and roll out local materials which are used in the field as well as commercial events and manage external congresses
  • Liaise with external marketing Agency
  • Support activities of improving sales force effectiveness (analytics, reports, Training, CRM, targeting, bonus systems, etc.)

Das sind Sie

  • University degree or equivalent, higher level in science or business preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in marketing (product manager) role within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
  • Creating a local marketing & communication strategy
  • Experience in sales force effectiveness and analyzing markets
  • Experience of Oncology treatment is an advantage
  • Product-Launch experience (advantageous)
  • strong numerical, analytical, IT and writing skills - fluent in English
  • Energetic, self-motivated with a hands-on mentality
